Refund requests must be received via e-mail within 24 hours of purchase.  A 50% fee is assessed to all refunds.  Refunds cannot be given on same day readings. Refunds will not be issued after the reading has been sent to the purchaser.

A tarot professional cannot predict the future with certainty and you should not rely on a tarot reading to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. Your tarot professional is bound by a self-imposed code of ethics, which can be provided to you upon request.
